A Price to pay; Jordan plans record attempt

20 Jul

When I first heard about Katie Price’s recent plans to break the World Record for the most books signed at one time, I thought, ‘good on her for trying something new.’ But then I realised; does she even have the 2000 fans needed to break the record?

Whatever my opinion, she seems to have made quite an impression on viewers of This Morning today, where she proceeded to say, “so there’s the book promo out-of-the-way, let’s get onto the juicy stuff.” Well, Katie, if you think your life is “juicy” then I won’t burst your bubble.

The event will take place at O2 Academy Leeds on 27 July, where she will try to beat the current record held by former world chess champion Anatoli Karpov, who signed 1,951 copies of his book during an eight-hour sitting in 2006.

Let’s hope current boyfriend Leandro Penna has picked up some massage skills in his home of Argentina; I’m sure she’ll be all cramped up…..
